Claude Priolet established Priolet & Associates in 1993. He built this practice on the foundation of his training and many years of experience with Hall, Dickler, Lawler, Kent & Friedman in New York City. Claude's vision was to deliver the same services as a large firm but provide a higher level of personal attention to his clients and their transactions.
Claude Priolet graduated from the College of Holy Cross and St. John's University School of Law. He has been practicing commercial real estate law for over 30 years.

Douglas Smith attended the University of Scranton and Pace University School of Law. He joined Priolet & Associates in 2001. Douglas' expertise is residential transactions, especially the intricacies of residential lending and the requirements under RESPA.
